Jane entered private practice in 1983, as a partner at Fulbright & Jaworski, and continued work- ing on economic development projects throughout San Antonio and the United States. She joined Bracewell in 2013, and continues to focuses her practice on public finance and administrative law, public and private partnerships, real estate, civil litigation and land use and development, represent- ing cities, counties, states and countries. Throughout her career, she has advised on some of the largest and most complex transactions in Texas and the United States, including her 2015 representa- tion, along with a Bracewell team, of the Housing Authority of the City of El Paso as bond counsel in connection with what is believed to be the largest rental assistance rehabilitation project undertaken in the U.S.
