Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Our lawyers’ experience is drawn from acting on major LNG import and export projects across the globe. We understand the full LNG value chain from liquefaction and sales of LNG to re-gasification and marketing of re- gasified LNG. We have represented numerous clients in connection with the construction and operation of LNG liquefaction and re-gasification terminals in the US, Australia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe – adding value by understanding the challenges in different markets. We have been involved from the outset of LNG projects – advising on the appropriate project structure and regulatory requirements – as well as assisting clients acquire interests in LNG projects. We help clients buy and sell LNG by negotiating complex and flexible long- and short- term LNG sale and purchase agreements.
