We help our clients acquire and develop upstream gas interests and invest in upstream gas developments, advising them on negotiations with other stakeholders, national gas companies and host governments. We have extensive experience assisting clients on merger and acquisition activity across the globe, ranging from cross-border asset deals to hybrid and bespoke transactional structures, and from small-scale farm-outs to high-value corporate and asset transactions.
