Midstream Gas Transactions Our deep experience in the global gas midstream segment covers gas processing, transportation and storage as well as the related NGL value chain. Downstream Gas Transactions Bracewell supports our clients in finding the optimum commercialization of their gas assets using our long and deep history in gas marketing, sales and trading. Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Our lawyers’ experience is drawn from acting on major LNG import and export projects across the globe. We understand the full LNG value chain from liquefaction and sales of LNG to re-gasification and marketing of re- gasified LNG. We have represented numerous clients in connection with the construction and operation of LNG liquefaction and re-gasification terminals in the US, Australia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe – adding value by understanding the challenges in different markets.
